About Tomo-San

Kon-nichiwa ! Hello ! Bonjour ! Ni Hao ! My name is Tomoyuki, but please call me “Tomo”.

I am Japanese, born in the south of Japan, a small country side town in Fukuoka prefecture, and got a great culture shock when I moved to Osaka for studying in Uni at the age of 18YO. Lived in China (LiaoNing/ShengYang), France (Paris), UK (Scotland) so far, and now in Tokyo.

I am a tourism industry specialist, worked as a journalist, editor, marketing and sales specialist for a tourism industry business magazine about 30 years, and now working as a consultant, a researcher, and a project manager in tourism industry, and joined M&C and working on researching and client communication.

My hobby is fishing and cooking. I go fishing in the sea, and cook these fish in different ways, Sushi style, Washoku (Japanese) style, French style, Chinese style etc. Nice food goes well with nice drink. I like drinking beer, wine, sake, but no vodka and baijiu for me.
